Biography of Cary J. Broussard
A long time advocate for women, Cary speaks to audiences coast-to-coast and globally about how to successfully navigate issues affecting career and the workplace. With the goal of helping businesses and their employees prosper in a volatile economy, Cary melds the business parables and wisdom found in thousand year old fairy tales with purpose-driven leadership concepts.

An adjunct professor at New York University, Cary has developed a gender-inclusive leadership curriculum. She and her team have implemented the Cinderella to CEO curriculum and mentoring programs in a number of companies and organizations to rapidly increase and retain the number of women in senior level management positions.
Cary is well known for creating the "Women On Their Way" travel program, still the longest running women's marketing program in the hospitality industry. Women On Their Way was cited by Dow Jones News Service as the "gold standard" of women's marketing programs for Wall Street, while Cary was in charge of the program at Wyndham International.
In addition to Wyndham, Cary has held executive positions with the American Cancer Society, The Peabody Hotel, U.S. Senator Howard Baker, Meeting Professionals International and the Alliance for Women in Media. Her current board activities include: Women Impacting Public Policy, Foundation Board, 2003-2015 ; Conscious Capitalism, Founder and Chapter Chair, Dallas, 2013-2015; Press Club of Dallas, Board, 2014-18.
